All members are provided with round-the-clock access to the IBH member website that offers access to a comprehensive library of self-guided, curated topics and over 20,000 engaging self-help CBT content, webinars, articles, and educational materials.

Legal Services
For those members that need legal counsel, we offer consultative sessions by phone or in person with a local attorney, as well as discounted legal fees and access to our online legal forms. IBH also offers in-depth services for identity theft that are provides by a team of legal specialists.
Management Referrals
IBH can help supervisors make a referral when they have an employee who may need to resolve personal issues. These services are included with the EAP regardless of how many times a supervisor calls for consultations. The supervisor simply calls IBH who will help decide the best course of action that may include recommending the EAP to the employee or making a formal management referral.
Critical Incident Response
IBH has the nation’s largest network of critical incident response (CIR) providers and has responded to thousands of events ranging from worksite violence and employee deaths to downsizing, robberies, forces of nature, and many other large and small-scale disruptions. We provide on-site crisis response services same-day or at a time that meets the needs of the worksite and nature of the event.
Program Options
In addition to the core services that are provided with the digital platform, IBH offers enhanced services for Child and Elder Care (Caregiver Plus), DOT, SUD and Fitness for Duty, Online Support Groups led by certified peer specialists and recovery coaches, and a monitoring program for substance abuse. These enhanced options can be readily added to the digital program.
