Small Group Client Executive

Location: San Francisco Bay area, California

Job Description:

Responsibilities include:
• Proactively reach out to clients, prospects and partners to generate new business opportunities
• Submit proposals to prospective customers as requested by health benefit brokers
• Track opportunities in Salesforce
• Assist in new group enrollment process, working closely to handoff to our Implementation and Operations team
• Schedule seminars, trainings and other client or prospect services
• Assist in customer contract renewal process
• Other sales and business development activities as needed

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:
• Bachelors’ degree, or equivalent experience
• Strong technical skills and experience working with databases
• Excellent, proactive communicator
• Highly organized with strong analytic and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in CRM systems such as Salesforce
• At least 3 years’ experience with Behavioral Health and/or health care or employee benefits sales or account management required
