This position primarily consists of comprehensive case management duties, overseeing the compliance of clients (“participants”) to their treatment plans (“monitoring agreements”). This position is responsible for the management of the participant’s case throughout program participation, beginning with completion of an initial intake until successful discharge or termination from the program. If there are any high-risk issues, the Agreement Monitor shall determine and implement appropriate action plans. Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred
• 5+ years of Salesforce experience that includes Salesforce Lightning with strong experience in building reports and dashboards

• Good professional communication skills (verbal and writing).
